Being from Victoria & purchasing a car from Queensland was difficult without flying to QLD to look at the car. So I contacted Stephen from Motion Motive & asked if he could help me out. I had the car BMW taken to the workshop. Where Stephen went above and beyond to make sure that everything was okay. He serviced the car, fixed the air conditioner & even cleaned it, I couldn’t have asked for better service. Was able to book in same day and for an oil and trans fluid change prior to a weekend away. These guys were fast, knowledgeable and knew my vehicle inside out. showed a good understandable of the common fault and things I need to watch for in the future. Friendly and personable and gave me a sense of trust in the work carried out. It's hard to find someone you can trust these days after I got taken for a ride my Toyota and the first shop I went to. After being referred to Steven at Motionmotive for the stage 3 ARI/Coco upgrade on my Abarth 124. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship and attention to detail he provides. All while be a top notch bloke as well! Customer service is on point, his workshop is immaculate and his prices are very fair for the workmanship provided. Since my upgrade and service, i have been back this week for a timing belt change, spark plug change, transmission flush, break flush, 110,000km service and the car has never run better! Stephen was extremely helpful, professional, and went above & beyond to talk me through how BMW misdiagnosed the issue with my 5 Series & ultimately rectified the issue (& others!) for less than a third of the price quoted by BMW. After having taken my Audi Q7 to two other reasonably large Euro mechanics a number of times and receiving very second rate service I went to Stephen @ Motionmotive. Just on first impressions I was impressed by the tidy, organised workshop, then upon talking with Stephen I had a strong sense that he was an honest, knowledgeable, and very fair guy who actually took an interest in the issues I'd been having with my car. Highly recommend Motionmotive. After getting stuffed around by other mechanics while trying to find someone to work on my Alfa Romeo Giulietta, I was delighted to find Stephen. He sorted out a few issues along with a "proper" service where he found a couple of items that were never performed on log book servicing!

My Car needed a radiator hose replacement, Stephen was able to replace and repair the issue with in the same day of the hose being ordered. The customer service delivered was exceptional. 100% would recommend to customers.

Update , was up again in May and drove my Mercedes GLC up dropped In to fix a washer jet , Stephen fixed it on the spot , , I came up From Melbourne to visit family in GoldCoast , I purchased this car for a member of my family and they took it to there local mechanic that missed lots of safety items , I was concerned so I drove the car Stephen in Brisbane, he used to fix my cars in Melbourne , he had found the front rotors were cracked and drive shaft Bearing was non-existent, the car drive so much better now , my Famaly member is over the moon , he will Go all the way to Brisbane to get his car serviced with Stephen from now on , he fit me in with short notice and charged me very fairly , I recommend him 100% , I would send me cars from Melbourne if he was not so far . A great mechanic to go to !! Stephen has helped out so much with my car. It’s easily accessible which is a plus as I’ve had a few issues lately with my car and he has always been able to fit me in on time as well as having reasonable prices for my Mini Cooper and any parts I’ve needed.
